Double room in house close to Aintree hospital

Large double room with plenty of storage space (wardrobes are massive, there’s extra drawer units in wardrobes and drawers under the bed). There’s a tv in that room you can obviously use or I can take it out if you have your own - same with stuff like the mirror etccccc.
Rest of the house and garden is shared with me. I don’t smoke but if you do that’s fineeee just not in the house! 😊
£650 per month - bills included.
5 mins from Aintree hospital - ideal location if you work there and are looking for somewhere to stay. 20 minute drive/taxi to city centre, think the train takes 15 mins.
Train station 10 min walk down the road, bus stop to town etc on the corner (1 min walk away). If you drive there’s on street parking outside the house - no permit required.
House is in a nice little area (quiet and safe). It’s very convenient there’s a Lidl/B&M/Tesco etc close and theres a petrol station down the road. Close to Aintree racecourse too if you like going the races💁🏽‍♀️
I have pets (cat and a dog) so if you don’t like animals this won’t be the place for you🙈 but if you do like animals, both are really friendly and just gorgeous 🥹
I obviously live here too, I’m an easy going gal but I’m tidy so not expecting you to be a clean freak, but if you’re pure grubby that’s probably the only reason we won’t vibe😂 I love a night out same as I love a night in, like cooking as much as a like a takeaway so whatever you’re about im sure we’ll get on haha🙆🏽‍♀️
I’ve put minimum 6 months and maximum 1 year stay but if you wanted to stay longer after a year that could be a possibility - we’d have to discuss that nearer the time though! 6 months minimum is ideal but if you need to stay less time than that let me know we can discuss!
