Amazing Spacy Room Next to UoL Campus

Hello amazing people! Here is a superb room to rent !

I am looking for a tenancy takeover for my room at The Railyard for next year - starting August 31, 2024 up until August 24, 2025.

The Railyard is a great location, with a 5 min walk to the University of Liverpool campus and next to the park. City centre is 15 min walk.

The Room is an Ensuite Silver room, which is super spacy room of approximately 18m2, a double bed, Underbed storage, wardrobe, personal study space with desk and chair. There is a nice and spacy communal kitchen and living space that you share with 4-5 other people. This living space has also great couches to chill on.

For me, living in this area has been a great start of my PhD student life in Liverpool. The Railyard is also a good working organisation with good service and security provision, social events and weekly Freebee Friday treats.

My rent is 141 pound per week, which is less than the current price on the website. Council tax is included in the rent.
