HOUSE lay out
The house has 6 rooms with a communal Kitchen and each room has an en-suite and a double bed. The house is fully furnished and also has some shared kitchen equipment such plates, cutlery etc so all you need is literally yourself and your suitcase! There is a small yard to the rear and parking is on street.

WHO will you be living with?
In this House we have 5 males and 1 female all between the ages of 21 and 35. All are working professionals.

The house is located just on rice lane in L9 - Rice Lane train station is 2 minute walk away which can take you right into the city Centre in 20 minutes. Constant bus routes on Rice Lane can take you anywhere in Liverpool also!

MacDonalds and Farm foods are just right opposite the property.

RESERVATION PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can start the application process for you.

MOVING IN
Moving in can usually be done in around a week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
