This property comprises of a Cosi lounge, which includes comfy couches, and a smart TV. To the ground floor is also a spacious kitchen, with so much storage space for all housemates, a cool breakfast bar, all your basic essentials included, a dishwasher and a separate utility room which includes a washing machine and tumble dryer.

There is also a garden to the back, to enjoy in the summer!

To the third floor is your new potential bedroom, with storage right outside your bedroom door, and a stunning double room inside. The room includes a double bed, chest of drawers, desk and wardrobe.

We don't have any photos of the bedroom, as when we took over the property, we were only able to take photos of the unoccupied rooms & communal areas, which shows how perfect the current housemates keep the house, as these photos were taken with them living here!

There is a communal bathroom which is shared by 4 of the housemates, including yourself if you decided to take the room.

Finally, about the existing housemates, they are absolutely lovely!!! All working professionals, they are between the ages of 20-26, some have been there for well over a year now, they all get a long really well, have the same interests, look after the property and all chip in with the cleaning, which is amazing!

Housemate compatibility is super important to us, so you know you'll always be sharing with like-minded individuals.

A little bit about who we are - at Cosi Living we are dedicated & passionate about changing the way young students and professionals live together, our main aim is to ensure that all of our housemates feel like it's more than just a house. This is why this year we are launching our Cosi Well-Being Club which will mean exciting events for all of our housemates, there will be regular competitions, giveaways and hopefully discounts at local restaurants shops around our city.
