- It is located just off Smithdown, a popular student area, in Ferndale Road. A great location, with a convenience store at the end of the road, and 5-minute walk to Aldi and ASDA.
- The location has great transport links.
- The house has parking available on the residential road, right on the doorstep.
- The rent is a bargain of £110 a week, with half rent in the summer, much cheaper that most student homes in the area! The tenancy starts the 1st of July.
- The contract is a general one written by the University of Liverpool and the landlord is from a university accredited scheme. The council tax band is B.
