I have to move out so I'm looking for someone to replace me in the 3rd bedroom of this city centre apartment.
You'll be living with two girls who both work in hospitality and are friendly but considerate housemates.
Close to multiple train stations, shops, bars and restaurants, with a gym in the building and just off castle street this place is perfect for someone who likes to live the city life but escape away to the sanctuary of their home.
There are two cats living at the apartment so being a cat lover is important.
If you need a car parking space you can rent one for an extra fee (I do this currently).
Rent is £630 pm (all bills and broadband included) paid at the end of each month and the deposit is £460
I will be moving out on the 28th of June so the room is free from then but rent will run from the 1st of each month
