Double En-Suite Bedroom on Smithdown

We’re after a new tenant to join three lads aged 22-26, very easy going, anybody’s welcome, one student and two of us are just working, looking for somebody as soon as possible as one of our mates has had to move to York for their job. The room’s on the ground floor but is a large double en-suite, it’s furnished but feel free to bring your own furniture to add or to swap out. The kitchen and living room are shared, we’re all very social and it’s all kept clean.
The rent is £517 per month but that’s not too steep as that includes all bills: water, gas, electricity, council tax & wifi. Theres two bathrooms and we’re in the middle of refurbing a garden a bit.
