The room has a brand new double bed and mattress. Desk, office chair, sofa, shelves, under bed storage.

A light, bright and large 3 bed. The bathroom has a shower and corner bath with shower and is nicely tiled. The house is nicely decorated and well kept. I’m neat and tidy, clean and responsible. The price per month includes a monthly cleaner for shared spaces and your bedroom. I can be flexible for the right tenant, get in touch.

I’d prefer a house mate rather than a lodger, but I do like my own space and time to myself and respect that for others too. There are two female cats in the house, both short haired and well behaved. They have their own room and all their stuff is automated so you’ll never be bothered with litter trays etc.
