Looking for someone to take over the tenancy in this 5 bed house. Starts 8th July till 30th June 2025 however due to urgency July and August rent will be paid by me, start paying from end of August/beginning of September.
2 girls and 2 boys are moving in so need one more member for the 5 bed house. It is a modern en-suite bedroom with a double bed, wardrobes, a desk attached with an en-suite. It has a large living room with a 50 inch telly included with a washer and dryer! Been to view the house myself and it is all modern be refurbished, stunning house!
The house is in Kensington, L7. A 25 minute walk to LJMU university and a 10 minute walk to Uni of Liverpool.
