This is a GOLD PLUS room, but it's available at a REDUCED RATE.

A GOLD PLUS room has a double bed, desk, modern furnishings, a wall mirror and hooks, a sink in the bedroom, a bedside table, and a lamp.

This GOLD PLUS room is being offered at a reduced rate because it does not have an Ensuite. There is a shared bathroom in the flat, but the other two bedrooms have their own ensuites, so this room does have its own bathroom!

This means the weekly rent is reduced while you still get to enjoy your own bathroom!

St. Andrews Gardens is a lovely community with friendly staff available 24/7 and weekly events with freebies. St Andrews Gardens is a large semi-circular building with an interior courtyard, meaning you are insulated from the street outside. Only residents can enter through the gates, which provide security. St Andrews Gardens was originally built as council houses for families, so it's much nicer than ordinary student housing.

Most flats have 6 students sharing their facilities - this flat only houses 3 people. There is a shared kitchen and living room.
