Lovely quite and relaxing place.
I’ve reduced the deposit to £250 🎉
There is a £50 admin fee for the management company to take your references 👍🏼
Room has a double bed that just needs a mattress on it.
There is parking on the street outside which is a fairly quiet and safe road. I have a parking space and if I’m working away your welcome to use.
Ideally you’ll be a sociable, clean and sound individual who knows the score within themselves, movies, documentaries, art, science, engineering and musically minded people more than welcome..
The room is en-suite and has the only shower, the other bathroom which is the one next to my bedroom has a bath. I would occasionally use the shower in the en-suite but you’d be welcome to use the bath too. Don’t know how particular you are about that?
I don’t have an issue with it as I’d like to think the person I live with I can trust and feel comfortable around.
