Looking for a flatmate

Currently in a 2 bed flat, both double rooms, £400 rent each (bills not included) and around a 10-15 minute walk into Liverpool City Centre and about a 12 minute walk to Moorfields Station. Flat is fully furnished with a concierge, mail room and you can rent a car space. Your bedroom is the larger one and comes with a double bed, mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk, however the desk is currently used as kitchen storage but you may move it back into the room if you wish.

Looking for a flatmate to either move in to my current place with me or to find another place to live with someone. I own a cat called Banjo.
