Large double in renovated house

I have a large double room available in a newly renovated Victorian Terrace in Wavertree. The house is a 5 minute walk from Wavertree Technology Park and bus stops to town are close by. About a 15 minute walk from Smithdown Road and 20 minute walk from Edge Lane.

The bedroom is furnished with a double ottoman bed (lots of storage space), 2 x large chest of drawers and a desk. One of the chests can be swapped for a wardrobe if required. The bedroom also has a lovely set of shutters on the bay window.

The living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom are shared. Kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dryer, fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle etc.

You'd be living with me, 29 year old female professional working in nutrition and food regulations (I work both in the office and at home). I often foster cats and kittens and look after dogs occasionally. I like to listen to music, go to gigs, see friends, go to the gym and climb/boulder and do some DIY in my spare time.

I'm looking for a friendly, responsible and tidy housemate who likes (or doesn't mind!) living with cats and dogs from time to time. Housemate must be working full time or be a post-grad student. If interested, please provide some information about yourself and we'll go from there.
