It is an en-suite bedroom, also comes with a double bed! Living room is huge and has a 50 inch telly and has a washer and dryer in the kitchen. 2 girls and 2 lads are moving in from July and needing a 5th person asap. They all love a good night out and there moving into 3rd year.
All of the bills are included in the monthly rent, so no added bills! Also you will not pay council tax again it is one fixed price each month which is a bargain for an en-suite room!
