Double Room to Rent Close to City Centre

I have a double bedroom available to rent in Wavertree with all bills included. The bedroom consists of a double bed with a new mattress, a clothes rail, large chest of draws and a bedside table located within a tidy, cosy home.

The house is conveniently located with good bus and train links. Wavertree Tech Park station is a 7 minute walk and there are bus stops at the end of the road that reach town within 15 minutes. There are a variety of amenities on the high street at the end of the road and Edge Lane and Smithdown Road are both 15 minutes walk. All within 15 minutes are large supermarket, gyms, a library and various pubs and restaurants.

You would be living with me, a 26 year old professional. I work from home 2/3 days a week in the box bedroom. I’m neat and tidy and would like someone likeminded who would be respectful and likes where they live to be a place to relax.

Ideally I would like a female roommate, preferably a professional or post-grad student. I am happy to consider pets.
