We have 1 furnished double bedroom in 4 Bedroom flat. Only 3 rooms to be occupied and one left empty.

Shared space like living room, dining room and kitchen, 2 Bathrooms - available for all but for convenience separated between flatmates for ease of morning logistics and storage, utility room and garden. Parking on the street.

Fiber Broadband, tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine available.

All bills included

Good access to City Centre with buses. 12, 13, 14, 15, 18.

Plenty of shops around, GP and school.
Very quiet neighbours.

We are looking some quiet, easygoing person who have no problem to keep house clean and respect others privacy.

Room freshly painted, with IKEA furniture. Bed with heating mattress. Before moving we will install new flooring in that room. Happy to provide with bookcase if needed for student.

We were lucky to have nice flatmates for many years so we will be picky with choosing the right person.

We are 3 professionals working in hospitality and service area who likes travel and hangouts but enjoy peace of home.
