There is also a wardrobe in there too, which is handy for big coats, again to save you space in your room!

On the first floor, we have another Cosi lounge, again with a Smart TV in for you & your housemates to enjoy. There is a utility room which has a tumble dryer & two washing machines in.

Then to the second floor, there is another shared office which has three desks in, for anybody that works from home, and doesn't want to be stuck in their room! We also have another storage room up here too, which is handy for anybody on the top floors!

The property also includes a generously sized garden to chill out and relax in the summer with your friendly housemates!🪴

The other housemates who live here are absolutely lovely, and have been carefully selected by us, tenant compatibility is SO important to us, and we prioritise making sure everybody is around the same age, is like-minded and has the same interests, we believe this is the reason why some of the housemates who are living here at the moment, have been with us for nearly 4 years!!!

There is also a fortnightly cleaner included for all the communal areas🫧
