We are super excited to let you know that we have this stunning double off-suite room becoming available just a 15 minute walk from the City Centre!

This house benefits from having a spacious open planned living room & kitchen, with a huge fridge/freezer, washing machine, two ovens, plenty of storage space and two super comfy couches for you and your housemates to relax on! We don't currently have any other photographs of the property, but these photos shown were only taken 2 weeks ago, which show how lovely the housemates leave the property, and the bedrooms are the same!

Your spacious room includes a double bed, desk & chair, wardrobe, and your own private bathroom, with all of your bills included in the rent too!

The current housemates are lovely, some who have been with us for 3 years and absolutely love it! There are 3 males and 2 females, all working professionals, who are looking for another friendly housemate to join them!

There is also a cleaner who attends the property every two weeks, to clean the communal areas, although the current housemates keep it perfect anyway.

Housemate compatibility is super important to us, so you know you'll always be sharing with like-minded individuals.

A little bit about who we are - Cosi Living are dedicated & passionate about changing the way young students and professionals live together, our main aim is to ensure that all of our housemates feel like it's more than just a house. This is why this year we are launching our Cosi Well-Being Club which will mean exciting events for all of our housemates, there will be regular competitions, giveaways and hopefully discounts at local restaurants shops around our city.

This year we made the finalist for 5 awards, one being The Tenants Choice Award at the HMO Awards, an award nominated by our tenants, which means a lot to us!
