Hi, I am looking to either rent my whole House or just take on a roommate / couple of room mates.
The house is a 3 bed terrace house with 1 bathroom with bath and shower. There is also a Small courtyard garden. 3rd single bedroom is currently being used as a home office but if rented out the office furniture can be replaced with wardrobe if needed.
My partner and myself have relocated to London and therefore will not be in the house the majority of the time, making this a great rental choice for someone who is independent and would like to make use of a fully furnished house with all bills included (council tax, WiFi, full Sky tv with BT Sports & Netflix, water, electric).
For renters interested in renting the whole house, I would be looking to rent up until May / June 2025. For renters interested in just renting a room I am able to rent for longer term and will visit occasionally with my dog.
The house is located on Truro Road which is a popular area with restaurants, pubs, bars, supermarkets and parks all close by walking distance. There is a well connected bus route running into town at the bottom of the road and the nearest train stations are Wavertree tech park & Mossley Hill.
