A studio apartment at Host Hope Street Apartments

Hello, I would like to transfer my tenancy at Host Hope Street Apartments. It will be for the academic period between 8th September 2024 and 28th August 2025 (51 weeks). But, my room will be available from 6th August. The price of the studio is £5/week cheaper than booking on official website now!

The room is on the 2nd floor, and it is a studio, so it has its own kitchen and bathroom. There is plenty of storage space in the room for your stuff.

The building has a well-equipped gym, cinema room, laundry room and communal areas. You will find someone at reception when you need them and they are very helpful. They will answer your questions very quickly if you email them.

The place is really close to the University of Liverpool Management School, just a 10-minute walk away. Tesco Express and Co-op Food are within a 5 minute walk.

The surroundings of this place are perfect for socialising. Starbucks is just below the accommodation and 92 Degrees Coffee is just across the street. In the area, there are many restaurants and coffee shops. The place is also close to the city centre, about a 10 minute walk.
