Double in 3 bed house, with own WC and study rm!

Furnished double room available in a 3 bed house. The existing two tenants have been there for the last two years, they are professional, fairly quiet and friendly guys. The house is managed by me, the live-out landlord, I like to keep a good rapport with my tenants but give them lots of privacy, I'm approachable and attend to repairs quickly.

The house is freshly redecorated with neutral decor, providing a comfy shared living room and large open-plan kitchen diner with access to a small outside yard.

The room has become available due to the previous tenant moving in with his girlfriend, it is on the ground floor with an outlook to the backyard and access to the WC/shower room across the hallway (which would practically be of exclusive use to the new tenant). The other bedrooms are all located on the first floor along with the shared bathroom and a small room that is available as a study/office/storage room for the new tenant.

Rent includes all bills incl. council tax.
