Just 10 minutes walk from Lark Lane, a lovely double room has become available in an all girl professional flat share.

This room on the first floor at the back of the flat is fully furnished and very comfortable. The bed is a large double and there are black out blinds.

The flat itself consists of a shared bathroom, spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen. On street parking is also available.

The advertised price includes all bills: water, council tax, energy, wifi, TV license and a fortnightly cleaner.

We are looking for another young professional to move in at the start of September. Currently there are 3 girls living in the flat, one working for a charity and the others in the public sector. They are all very clean and tidy, so we are looking for someone else that would be respectful of communal areas!

This flat has been an ideal base for me since moving back to Liverpool after graduating.
