Lovely double room in all girls flat share

Just 10 minutes walk from Lark Lane, a lovely double room has become available in an all girls professional flat share.
(I am advertising this on behalf of my flatmate who is moving out)

This room on the main floor of the flat. It is fully furnished and very comfortable. The bed is a double and there are black out blinds.

The flat itself consists of a shared bathroom, spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen. On street parking is also available.

The advertised price includes all bills: water, council tax, energy, wifi, TV license and a fortnightly cleaner.

We are looking for another young professional to move in from the 1st of September. Currently there are 3 girls living in the flat, I am a criminal paralegal, Liv works for a charity and Jess does marketing. We are all very clean and tidy, so we are looking for someone else that would be respectful of communal areas and keep on top of things!

This flat has been an ideal base for me since moving back to Liverpool after graduating.
