Rooms near Lark Lane £530pcm and £580pcm(en-suite)

Hey, I'm Rupak- i'm a 27 year-old medical student. Me and some friends live in a 6 bedroom house in Sefton Park area just next to Lark Lane which most of us moved into last September. Due to a change of circumstances 2 of the housemates have decided to move out so we are looking for 2 people to replace them. The current housemates include 3 girls and 1 boy (ages 23-27) One bedroom that is available has an en suite and will be £133.75 per week (pictures 4-6). The other bedroom is £122.50 per week and does not have an en suite, but the bathroom is shared with one other tenant (pics 7-9). These prices include bills on a fair usage policy and Wifi (not including council tax which will be £22.41-£33.62 per month each for professionals- I can explain more about how this will work via message if you're interested in any of the rooms).

It's very quick to get into the city centre from the house- it's only a 6 minute walk from St Michael's train station where the train takes 7 minutes to get to Liverpool Central and getting to town via bus is just as quick. If you think you might be interested, please send a message.

Both available bedrooms offer a 55" smart 4k TV, a large electric desk which can be adjusted to work standing up or sitting down, a large sliding wardrobe and an ottoman designer double bed for additional storage. The smart shower in the en suite allows you to finely adjust the temperature and can let you know how much water you have used. There is also 4k external CCTV viewable from every tv and an intruder alarm.

The available en-suite bedroom is on the ground floor which also houses another en suite double bedroom and a large open plan kitchen/lounge with a wall mounted OLED TV and door leading out to the rear yard. The modern kitchen is fitted with an ice Dispensing American fridge freezer, integrated washer/dryer, a dishwasher and plenty of cupboard space. The induction hob and the 2 ovens also have touch screen displays and various modes/adjustable settings. There is also a small shared toilet on the ground floor. The first floor houses another two double ensuite bedrooms and the second floor houses the final 2 bedrooms which share a bathroom (including the other bedroom available). If you're interested in the room with a shared bathroom, you will be sharing the bathroom with me (I promise i'm very clean haha)

We all get on very well and are clean, friendly, sociable people who are also considerate of everyone's need for their own personal space too. We enjoy fun nights out, but also like chill nights in too. I also love cooking, listening to music, watching horror films and plenty of other things. 1 bedroom is available from the 1st of August-with the latest tenancy start date being the 12th of August (no en suite), and the other is available from the 5th of August with the latest tenancy start date also being the 12th of August (en suite). Both contracts finish on the 30th of June 2025.
