Large Room to Rent in Spacious Property, L8

I am looking for a female tenant for a room that has become available in a spacious top floor apartment on Sefton Drive. You would be sharing with one other flat mate. It's a very chilled space and the new tenant is welcome to make themselves at home here and enjoy the space how they chose, as long as noise is made in respectable hours and communal areas are kept clean. There is a spare room which the new tenant can use as a storage/work space if needed. Council tax is usually about £160 a month divided between tenants or paid alternatively. Other bills are included in the cost of rent, apart from gas which is usually about £15 - £20 a month from each tenant.
