Double room near Baltic Triangle

Double Room at 71 Sefton street (The Overhead Building). Looking for someone to move in by the start of October, but the room is empty now so can be sooner (I’m going on holiday so September is preferred)

As the second room is smaller I’m happy to pay more of the rent to have the bigger room.

Flat comes with everything as I’ve already lived here a year, all furnished and I have everything you’ll need in the kitchen including an air fryer and coffee machine 😜. Has a dishwasher and a washing machine and dryer.

Good location, 5 min walk to Baltic triangle, 5 mins from Brunswick train station. 20 min walk to town or there’s a bus stop right outside the building.

Free secure car parking also included in the building.

I’m a 24 year old, I work as an environmental consultant mainly work from home. I enjoy to socialise / go for drinks but also enjoy chilled nights in. I love music, gigs, crafting and cooking. I do pole fitness and like to go the gym. There’s a pure gym 2 mins down the road so can be my new gym buddy too.

I have 2 pet rats at the flat called Jelly and Bean who are super friendly and clean (they’re all my responsibility dw)
