Liverpool, Wavertree, Short-term Single Room

Single room available in 3 bed house. My wife and I are the live in landlords.

The house has good bus links to Liverpool City Centre/Lime Street Station and Liverpool Airport. We are just off Smithdown Road, which has an abundance of eateries and amenities.

The room itself has a single high-bed with desk underneath, a clothes rail, and shelving unit for storage. There is a double plug socket with USB ports. The bathroom has a shower-over bath with both rainfall & standard heads, toilet and sink.

The kitchen is well appointed with gas oven and hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. Basic cooking utensils and crockery etc are provided in a dedicated cupboard.

We are both non-smokers and have no pets.

We are looking for short term stays (max 4 weeks). Deposit only required for stays over 1 week.

I am a critical care nurse at a local hospital, and my wife works from home. We are both busy with jobs, seeing family and other commitments.

Therefore, the room is ideally suited to someone who is quiet, respectful and independent. This could be for a work trip, student exchange, or as a stop-gap between different more permanent accommodation arrangements.
