Jan 2025: Fully furnished double room 3 bed house

I am looking for a tenant to move into my double room from 2025. 3 bed house shared with 1 housemate, 2 living rooms with full house completely fully furnished - including cutlery etc.

Me and the current housemate own the house - I am away for 3 months in 2025 and looking for someone to move into my room in my absence. As we own the house, any issues will be solved quickly and easy with no hassle. We take pride in the house and can ensure everything needed is in place before a tenancy begins. House includes large back yard and 2 living rooms, dining room and kitchen with plenty of space. Additional room upstairs includes a working from home space/office.

Housemate is a 25 year old professional. Happy to discuss and answer any questions and viewings are available. Bills include TV, netflix, broadband, council tax (band A) all utilities etc.
