Very large Room available next to Sefton Park

Very large room for a lodger available asap in a gorgeous area of South liv in a two floor flat you basically have a floor to yourself here :) absolutely view to be appreciated!
the total for bills and rent is 720 paid every month on the 1st.
Cleaning is split 50/50 and if it isn't done then a cleaners fee will apply on top.

I'm a wedding planner and mobile bar owner so don't do a 9-5 but love to meet people and hang out. Also need a few nights a week to myself of course to recharge and respect that of others. I also need super quiet mornings. I can work late so need quiet until 10am.

Shared garden but I've never seen anyone else out there. Must be clean and tidy and respectful of others.

Furnished room but its huge, will fit loads more in. Zelda the Cute mainecoon/tabby cat lives here too.

I love food and cooking, literature, the odd boardgame, pubs etc. Usual stuff! Happy to have dinner parties etc and meet new people when in the mood.
