Large double room in cozy flat near Sefton Park

I am looking for someone to fill the second bedroom in my flat. It's a large room that is already furnished with a queen sized bed, cupboard, 2x bedside tables and a private view over the garden with no onlookers.

I am a working professional origianlly from Australia and am the sole other flatmate as it is a 2 bedroom flat. The living room, kitchen and bathroom will be shared spaces.

I love hiking, camping, rock climbing and try to take classes in coding, cooking, and glass making where I can.

This flat is a really chill space, I love having some wine or cocktails over a shared meal, am always open to listening to new music or a movie night and would be ideally looking for someone equally social to move in. Bonus points if you are up for a hike or going camping over the weekend.

The flat is located right on the bus routes 75, 60, 80, 80A, and 26 and is a 10 minute walk down the road to Lark Lane and Sefton Park.

There is plenty of on-street parking on a private street and a bike shed for those who cycle.

Local shops include the Smithdown Rd ASDA, the Park Rd Tesco, Rowland's pharmacy and local corner stores.
