Newly refurbished double room

A home experience.

This room has recently undergone a complete makeover, with everything brand new, including the bed, bedding, and more. It’s a calm and relaxing space with a pleasant view of the garden. The room rental includes access to the communal areas of my home, which you’re welcome to use as your own.

There are two reception rooms, one of which is currently empty due to upcoming plans for decorating. For now, I use it as a workout room, equipped with a TV and exercise equipment that you're free to use.

Enjoy the newly landscaped garden. If you smoke, please do so outside.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and all standard appliances for your convenience.

Unlimited tea, coffee, and milk are available for you to enjoy!

There is off-road parking available.

The home is fully furnished with fast WiFi, a computer desk, and a smart TV that can be borrowed on an ad-hoc basis.

The house is located just 10-15 minutes from Liverpool, with easy access to major motorways and only 5 minutes from Aintree Hospital.
