Double bedroom in creative household

Looking for a new housemate in terrace house in Old Swan, Liverpool. The bedroom is west-facing and is reasonably spacious, with an in-built wardrobe and plenty of natural light. You'll have access to a fully-equipped kitchen, large American-style fridge/freezer, a modern bathroom with optional waterfall showerhead, and a comfortable living area.

I consider myself friendly, relaxed and down to earth. I am a multimedia professional and work in a creative field, occasionally from home. I am sociable but also very much value my personal space. I spend most of my home time either gaming or working at my desk, which is in my bedroom, so the living room is empty a lot of the time.

Ideal candidates::
Down to earth and, ideally, not allergic to cats. If you're a music lover too, that's a huge bonus as the living room is furnished almost entirely with musical instruments, as well as a standing piano in the kitchen. Gamers always welcome as well.

The location is reasonably well-equipped, with a bus to the city center just at the bottom of the street and Wavertree Technology Park train station is approx 15 minute walk away. The nearest supermarket is a big Tesco less than a 5 minute walk away as well as a fully equipped high street.

Rent is inclusive of bills and the council tax is band A
