There is a small yard to the rear and parking is on street.

The property is located in L4 on Ambrose road The property is on a major bus route, with buses running every 5 minutes into the City Centre. This will get you to L1 in around 10 minutes. There is also a train station nearby with links to Southport and the City Centre.

LOCAL Amenities
Asda, Home Bargains, Farm foods and Iceland are just a short 5 minute walk away from the property. Liverpool's Football Ground is also close by and is just a 10 minute stroll away.
There are plenty of pubs, takeaways and convenience stores also close by.

RESERVATION PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can start the application process for you.

MOVING IN
Moving in can usually be done in around a week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
