Unfortunately my Landlord is selling up in April, hence the 6month limit. 😌

I have lived here since 2019 (following a break up). Moved in with a friend. She then met someone and moved in with him (how dare she? 😄)

I've since lived with 3 boy flatmates since.. don't judge me 😄! It's just the way it's been. Got along great with all of them. All of whom then moved in with their GF's.
My current flatmate is selling up his pad in Wiltshire, renting, then buying in Liverpool as he has a new job as an air traffic controller.

Me? Well I am very laid back, spiritual, friendly and fair. I believe we should work as a team in terms of house hold chores.
I'm an Intensive Care Nurse, so I work mainly nights. I wear earplugs though and sleep like an angel. But this does need to be considered.

I'm Vegan, although vegetarians are cool with me, I adore animals and have 2 house rabbits. They stay in my room though (weird as that may sound!) But they're adorable.

You? Be chilled, friendly and appreciate the cool vibe that this apartment has. Also clean and tidy.
I do like my own company, but also love to have a natter and maybe a meal/bevvy/brew together. LBTQ+ more than welcome.

Working from home considered, upon the understanding that this may elevate leccy costs.. Damned energy prices. 🙄

Your room? It's directly opposite the bathroom, a few stairs away from mine. The thick walls are fab.. super quiet.
It's a brand new double bed, with an existing wardrobe, 2 small chest of drawers and full length mirror.
It's so very peaceful ✌️ there.

Bathroom as seen, has a bath and electric shower.

Shared living g room, super comfy settee and dinette. Washing machine conveniently has a timer.

There are 6 apartments in total and we all have a great community spirit. We have a great community going on, with a Watsapp group - organising bins etc.

Landlord is lovely, approachable but fair.

There's a small patio/garden towards the rear with a washing line available.
High speed Internet reaches your room.

There's also parking available in the driveway outside.
