THE HOUSE, located in a quiet street off Smithdown rd, is a three bedroom terrace house. It is 2 miles from Mount Pleasant and Hope Street and will be ideal if you want to live somewhere quiet but well connected to Liverpool's city centre (buses 86, 699, 79, 80…) and airport (bus 86).

Getting to the city centre takes 20-25 mins by bus and 12 mins by bike. Buses come every 3 to 6 mins. The area feels safe and has several green spaces: Sefton Park, Greenbank Park and Wavertree Playground are all 12 mins away on foot. Aldi and Asda supermarkets are a 7-8 mins walk away.

The house has full fibre broadband, a TV (24 inch), dvd player, central gas heating and a gas-powered shower. The kitchen is well equipped (e. g. air fryer, Instant Pot, juicer...). There is also a paved backyard where I have a garden table and chairs, and lots of potted plants!

THE BEDROOM is spacious, bright and airy. It measures 3.7m x 4.2m (i. e. into the recess and bay window). The freshly decorated bedroom has new carpets and the following furniture:
- a small double bed and bedside table
- a wardrobe and clothes rail
- a chest of drawers
- a desk, filing cabinet and book shelves

ABOUT ME: I grew up in France but have spent most of my life in the UK. As a PhD student, my ideal housemate would be someone after a quiet, friendly, relaxed and supportive household. I would welcome scheduled breaks to socialise and recharge. I enjoy having friends over for dinner, visiting places, going out to Lark Lane or the cinema, walking, live music, or simply having a good chat over coffee. Some of my interests centre around photography, wildlife, world music, gardening and Latin America. I love Liverpool for its diversity, community spirit and festivals!
