Looking for someone to take over tendency at Plato House from June 2025 to 29th Aug 2025 (~13 weeks|3 months). Studio room with own kitchenette & bathroom. £141 per week. All utilities (water, heating, electricity, Wi-Fi etc.) are included in the rent. Laundry room available to use in basement level shared by residents in the building. It's cheaper than usual advised price of £155-160 per week for the same type of room. The location is in walking distance of universities, public transport, and shops. Less than 10 minutes walk to Liverpool Lime Street Station and City Centre. Less than 15 minutes walk to universities. Must be a student as it's a private student accommodation.
