Looking for someone to take over tendency from June 2025 for at least 3 months. If you’d like to have the room for longer to the next academic year (25-26), an extension is possible at this current rate if you take over this contract for the duration from June 2025.
[Note: this same rate extension only applies if you sign before January.]

Studio room with own kitchenette & bathroom in a professionally managed accommodation. £141 per week.
All utilities (water, heating, electricity, Wi-Fi etc.) are included in the rent. Free contents insurance cover with Endsleigh included.
Laundry room available to use (at a charge) in basement level shared by residents in the building.
It's cheaper than usual advised price of at least £155-160 per week for the same type of room.
The location is in walking distance of universities, public transport, and shops. Less than 10 minutes walk to Liverpool Lime Street Station and City Centre. Less than 15 minutes walk to universities.

*Must be a STUDENT as it's a private student accommodation.
