I'm leaving Liverpool in 3 days (Sep 30), if anyone's looking to replace me here, you're more than welcome. The room rent is £400 a month with a £50 deposit, but the landlord's open to negotiation.
The room is non-ensuite in a shared house and the landlord's living in. You'll have amazing support from them. City Centre is a 15 minute bus travel from just outside the street, and there's a nearby train station (Kirkdale) if you choose to use that.
