Hey, I'm Rupak- i'm a 27 year-old medical student. Me and some friends live in a 6 bedroom house in Sefton Park area just next to Lark Lane which 2 of us moved into last September and the rest moved into a couple months ago in August. Due to a change of circumstances one of the housemates has decided to move out so we are looking for a new tenant to replace them. The current housemates include 4 girls and 1 boy (ages 21-27) The bedroom that is available has an en suite and will be £580 per month (£133.75 per week) This price include bills on a fair usage policy and Wifi (not including council tax which will be another £33.62 per month since the house is in the lowest tax band (A) and there will be 4 professionals in total).
It's very quick to get into the city centre from the house- it's only a 6 minute walk from St Michael's train station where the train takes 7 minutes to get to Liverpool Central and getting to town via bus is just as quick. If you think you might be interested, please send a message.
The available bedroom offers a 55" smart 4k TV, a large electric desk which can be adjusted to work standing up or sitting down, a large sliding wardrobe and an ottoman designer double bed for additional storage. The smart shower in the en suite allows you to finely adjust the temperature and can let you know how much water you have used. There is also 4k external CCTV viewable from every tv and an intruder alarm.
The available en-suite bedroom is on the ground floor which also houses another en suite double bedroom and a large open plan kitchen/lounge with a wall mounted OLED TV and door leading out to the rear yard. The modern kitchen is fitted with an ice Dispensing American fridge freezer, integrated washer/dryer, a dishwasher and plenty of cupboard space. The induction hob and the 2 ovens also have touch screen displays and various modes/adjustable settings. There is also a small shared toilet on the ground floor. The first floor houses another two double ensuite bedrooms and the second floor houses the final 2 bedrooms which share a bathroom.
We all get on very well and are clean, friendly, sociable people who are also considerate of everyone's need for their own personal space too. We enjoy fun nights out, but also like chill nights in too. I also love cooking, listening to music, watching horror films and plenty of other things. The bedroom is available from the 14th of October earliest-with the latest tenancy start date being the 30th of October. The contract finishes on the 30th of June 2025. The 5 of us have also recently signed the contract for the following year too (starting 1st of July 2025) - once you've moved in, we can give you a bit of time to settle in etc before you would have to decide whether you would want to sign up for the following year too.
