I'm a PhD student working on artificial intelligence, and I'm looking for a respectful flatmate to share my modern 2-bedroom apartment at Urban Sleep on Vine Street. My previous flatmate just completed their PhD and has moved back home, so the room is available for at least the next 6 months.

- Location: Right in the heart of Liverpool, next to the University of Liverpool and the university gym.
- Bedrooms: Spacious double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.
- Living Area: Open-plan design with stylish fittings to maximize space and light.
- Kitchen: Fully integrated with a dishwasher, electric hob, oven, fridge, and freezer, washer/dryer
- Balcony: Private balcony with views of the city.
- Amenities: Private, gated community with parking available. Right outside the building, there are supermarkets, takeaways, and coffee shops.
**** Rent & Bills:
- Rent: £650 per month (deposit equal to one month's rent required).
- Bills: Not included—we'll share these
