A spare room with an en-suite washroom with a toilet, shower and washbasin. Spacious with a nice view. Wardrobe, shelves, double bedframe, mattress, desk, and chair included. Communal kitchen has a TV, fridge-freezer, table with chairs, couch, oven, hobs, sink and draining board, and microwave.

A 10-15 min. walk from uni, 5 mins away from Tesco, Home Bargains, Farmfoods, corner shops, Edge Hill train station, and a police station. The room is also a 15 min walk away from local gyms and Edge Lane shopping centre.

Second-floor apartment with no lift, not suitable for wheelchair users or those who require accessible amenities.

Current tenants are friendly, easy-going students. We don't make much noise and don't like to bother. We're not big clubbers but we'll drink socially with eachother or friends. We like videogames, good music, and one of us goes to the gym daily.

We're looking for someone no-nonsense and laidback who is just looking to integrate into an already-existing flat dynamic and have a good time for the duration of their tenancy. No preference for gender, politics, introversion/extroversion, or age within the listed range. Student-only let.
