Postgraduate flat to let , as part of unite students. I am dropping out , so no longer need the flat. Price of this flat is £115 a week , plus £15 per week parking (optional). Open to negotiation , I am happy to cover partial cost of this flat if it makes life easier for new tenant. Parking is secure and only accessible by key fob and permit. 6 rooms in the flat , all post graduate students. Quiet, nice and clean flatmates. Approx 15 minutes walk from city centre, easily accessible by car, walking or public transport. 10 minutes from lime street. I will leave some of the furniture I purchased for this room including the bin and lamps.
