WHO will you be living with?
In this House we have 1 male and 1 Female, between the ages of 21 and 35. All working professionals.

HOUSE lay out
The house has 5 rooms, a communal living area and Kitchen and also shares 2 communal Bathrooms and 1 separate toilet. The house is fully furnished and also has some shared kitchen equipment such plates, cutlery etc so all you need is literally yourself and your suitcase! There is a small yard to the rear and parking is on street.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION
The house is located on Clifton Road and bus routes from the main road (West Derby road) is a two-minute walk from the house and take you straight to Liverpool One in 15 minutes.

LOCAL FACILITIES
Iceland is less than a 15 minute walk and is located on West Derby road along with plenty of pubs, takeaways and convenience stores. Newham park and lake is just a 10 minute walk for lovely strolls.

RESERVATION PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can start the application process for you.

MOVING IN
Moving in can usually be done in around a week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
