Hiya I’m James and i’m looking for someone to move into the other room in my flat! I’m a 27 year old nb actor (who moonlights as a barista) so someone into creative things is ideal and also someone who wants to be social and live together not just coexist in a space!
It’s really close to the women’s hospital so it’s really easy to get into town from.
It’s a nice place that’s fully furnished, but I’ve also added some of my own stuff so there’s always the option for more of that to!
The rent alone is £798 between two of us and with bills added on the total we’d be paying each month works out at roughly 550-600 each and I can send over a more detailed breakdown if you need.
The rooms available from the 28th November and I’m looking for somebody to move in asap!
