Room available in a lovely, calm house in Toxteth

Hi, the other bedroom in the 2-bed house will be available from December.

The house is bright and calm, and the area is fairly quiet. There are a lot of families on the street, and the noisiest it gets is if the children are playing out! It is surprisingly close to town (about 15/20 mins walk and near loads of bus routes) and is less than 10 mins walk to Tesco and Princes Park, and just around the corner from Squash. There's also always plenty of space to park, if you have a car.

I'm pretty easy-going, and try to keep the place fairly neat and tidy. I currently work from home about half the time, or in various coffee shops in town. Outside of work I like to climb and get outdoors when I can (which isn't as often as I'd like). I don't go out out that much, but do enjoy impromptu pub trips!

It would be great to share with someone similarly considerate and laid back, as this a proper shared house with joint living space, so its important to get along well!

My landlady has an advert on here too, but we agreed I'd put one up with updated photos. She is happy for me to show people around, but would like to meet / talk to you before you move in.
