Pleasant room near to Liverpool University

One of my two lodgers is moving out on 15 February as she will have completed her course, and I am looking for a new lodger for 6 months. The room is front downstairs room, with large box window and double bed, table, chair and wardrobe. The bathroom and kitchen/diner/lounge are shared.

The bathroom has a bath with a shower over. The kitchen is equipped with hotplates, cooker, microwave and washing machine. The house has gas central heating - but all bills are included in the weekly fee. All windows are double glazed.

The house is small but detached, built in approximately 1980, and is at far end of a quiet Victorian terraced road. Easy parking on the road. There is a reasonably large concrete fenced yard out the back which we use for hanging out washing and sitting out in summer.

It takes me about 15 minutes to walk to Liverpool University from my front door.. Lidl and Tesco within walking distance of the house and there are lots of take out options in the area. The train station is also walking distance but there are lots of buses on main road.

Both me and my remaining lodger are second year veterinary students at Liverpool University. We're both quiet and don't have late night parties in the house. We like to keep the house reasonably clean and tidy. We're fine with a lodger who's another student or someone who's working.
