I'm Charlie, a live in landlord in a lovely 2 bedroom property in L8 that is perfect for either young professionals or mature students. It's located in a gated-community with one code for the external gate, and a separate code for the block the flat is in. As a postgraduate student myself who has just finished a couple of years working, I understand the importance of being friendly and considerate, and I am hoping to find that in a lodger.
The accommodation comes with super fast 500mb broadband, a lovely balcony perfect for spring and summer evenings, washer-dryer installed, with comfy and cosy furnishings. It's on the top floor and comes with its own parking space. The council tax is Band A, and as a student I would be exempt so unfortunately I would not contribute to it. All bills are split 50/50, and I am happy to share those details if I were to get any interest!
I am very easy-going, and sociable, and I am looking for that in any potential flatmate. I am friends with my neighbour and we do hang out frequently.
