Room for Rent

This is a 1 bed, room with an ensuite and a shared kitchen. This room is on the 3rd floor but there is an elevator in the building. I know it says it is a 2 bed but it did not give the option when filling out the ad, it is 1 bed. This is available to any students starting preferably in January, as the rent payment will be due the first week of January. Any students should be exempt from paying council tax but double check with your university!
