I’m currently looking for someone to replace me in a house share of 4 (2 guys, 2 girls including myself currently) as I am planning to move into a property with other healthcare professionals.
The current flatmates work in hospitality/handiwork/teaching and are fun, friendly and very easy going. They would like someone who is sociable, as they like to hang out in the living room together when they’re not working, and watch movies or go for a pint. It’s a very laid back vibe.
Bills are included in the rent (£477 p/m) plus council tax (£40 each p/m). Council Tax Band A.
NO DEPOSIT REQUIRED as it was already paid by the previous original tenant.
The location is great for amenities and public transport:
•5 minute walk from Smithdown Road/Allerton Road.
•Bus stops are at the end of the street.
•Wavertree Park is also at the end of the street.
•Penny Lane is a 5 minute walk away.
•The retail park is just around the corner.
•Lots of local shops and restaurants at the end of the road.
The house is quirky and homely and you’ll feel very welcome here. The flatmates are lovely and will make you feel right at home!
