Spacious furnished 1 bedroom en-suite room available to rent from the end of January, as my current flatmate is moving to London for work in the new year.

The property is a 2 bedroom flat with a shared living space and balcony, the flat also comes with 1 parking space , which I myself do not use and so would be available to the new tenant.

I have lived in the flat for 4 years, the flat is fully furnished by myself, including the available bedroom, which is furnished with a kingsize bed and mattress, desk and clothing rail. Both bedrooms in the apartment are en-suite with a bath/shower. The living room is open plan with a sofa bed, small dining space and modern kitchen. Balcony is also fully furnished with dining set and plenty of plants.

The flat complex is a gated community and is opposite Brunswick train station so has really good transport links to town.

The apartment also has amazing views of the river and the city, which is visible from all of the rooms.

I currently work as an event planner at a Hotel in Liverpool city centre and am a recent masters graduate from LJMU.

I am looking for someone tidy and clean as I am a bit home proud. I do also love to have people round so would be looking for someone who is quite social.
I have never lived with someone I don’t know before but am looking forward to the opportunity to meet someone new and welcome them into my home!
