Unfortunately, I have to move to where I work and need someone to take over my tenancy in my current house share.

It’s a lovely property that’s kept clean well, sharing a bathroom with one other person.

Everybody in the property is lovely and clean, working well with each other to maintain a good standard of living

Students and Young professionals are welcome

House facilities:
-Cosy, warm and “Hotel" setting bedroom
-"Sea view" from the bedroom “Sunshine" from two big windows.
-Laundry racker for each room
-Terrace with table and chairs.
-On-street parking
-Safe and Quiet area with a lovely neighbourhood

The landlord provided all the cleaning liquid, including the laundry powder. And

5 mins walk to Tesco extra
15 mins walk to Princes Park
25 mins walk to the city centre and the University of Liverpool
15 mins bus to the city centre (bus station just downstairs of the building)
