Lovely modern house opposite princes park

I have a double bedroom to let in my 3 bedroom house (2 bedrooms, 1 study). It is in a great area that is opposite a beautiful park and a 20 minute walk to the city centre. It is also a 15 minute walk to Sefton Park and Lark Lane which offers a range of intendant shops, bars and restaurants.

The room is furnished with a double bed, a chest of draws, a clothes rail and a full length mirror. You would have exclusive use of the main bathroom as my bedroom has an ensuite. The property is gated so very safe. There is 1 secure parking space that I rarely use so happy to offer this out also. There is never an issue with parking outside the property. My house is modern but cosy. The garden is shared with the neighbours who are all lovely and mostly working professionals.

I am a sociable, friendly person who enjoys nights out as much as I enjoy evenings in. Whilst I am happy to socialise I also respect privacy. I work full-time Monday- Friday and often have plans in the evening or at weekends.
